衬垫对缠绕式提升机卷筒的影响

摘　　要：本文应用有限单元方法计算和分析了钢丝绳和垫衬对缠绕提升机卷筒的作用程度。并就木质衬垫和MC尼龙(铸型尼龙)衬垫进行了比较,探讨了MC尼龙衬垫用于大直径卷筒的可能性。In this paper,the affected degree of the liner and stcel rp[e on hoisting drum is caleulated and analyzed with FEM,Two different kinds of liner are compared.The possibility that MC nylon can become the liner of great drum shell is discussed.
