摘 要:本文研究了后曲叶片的圆弧半径,安装角以及弹丸与后曲叶片间滑动摩擦系数对抛丸器工作过程的影响。研究结果表明,这些因素对后曲叶片抛丸器的运动参数和弹丸作用于叶片上的正压力都有不同程度的影响;其中,圆弧半径和安装角的影响较大,滑动摩擦系数的影响较小。文中还讨论了选取后曲叶片圆弧半径和安装角的原则。This paper is concerned with the influence of some factors, such as curvature radii, assembly angles of B-C(backward-curved) blades and sliding frictional coefficients between shots and B-C blades, on working process of the throwing wheel. The results of our sludies indicate that these factors have different effects on both kinematic parameters of the throwing wheel with B-C blades and normal pressure acted onto the blades by shnts. Among them curvature radii and assembly angles have greater influence while the sliding frictional coeffients have smaller influence on it. The principles of how curvature radius and assembly angle of B-C blades should be chosen is discussed in the paper.
