复方蒲黄注射液安全性及药效实验的研究

摘　　要：目的 :对复方蒲黄注射液进行安全性及药效实验的研究。方法 :采用豚鼠、家兔、NIH小鼠、SD大鼠动物模型以肌肉注射、腹腔注射进行急性毒性、肌肉刺激、全身过敏、溶血、出血及在体和离体子宫缩宫实验研究。结果 :通过急性毒性、肌肉刺激、全身过敏、溶血实验结果证明 :按临床拟定剂量和给药途径给药是安全的 ;通过出血及缩宫实验结果证明 :本品具有止血缩宫的作用。结论 :复方蒲黄注射液是安全、有效的 ,为临床研究提供了可靠的依据。Objective:To study and evaluate the safety and efficacy of Compositive Puhuang Injection.Methods:By intramuscular and intraperitoneal injection in guinea pigs,rabbits,NIH mice and SD rats,acute toxicity,musle stimulation,sensitization,hemolyzation,hemorrhage experiments and contraction experiments in isdated and nonisolated uterin were investigated.Results:The results of acute toxicity,musle stimulaton,sensitization and hemolyzation experiments confirm that the dosage and pathway of the present clinical administration are safe.The results of hemorrhage and uterine contraction experiments confirm that the injection can arrest bleeding and enhancing uterine contraction.Conclusions:Compositive Puhuang Injection is safe and effective,the experiments provide a founded theoretical basis for the clinical study of the injection.
