愈肺宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药愈肺宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)稳定期患者的临床作用 ,为COPD稳定期的治疗提供依据。方法 :3 8例COPD患者随机分为治疗组 2 0例和对照组 18例 ,治疗组予中药愈肺宁丸剂口服半年 ;对照组不给任何药物干预。治疗前后测定常规肺功能、血气分析 ,并记录中医症候计分和生活质量评分。结果 :治疗组经治疗后一秒钟用力呼气容积 (FEV1 )、用力肺活量 (FVC)有改善 ,与治疗前比较差异显著(P <0 0 5 ) ;动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )上升 ,动脉血二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2 )下降 ,与治疗前比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :愈肺宁可以改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能 ,减轻临床症状 ,改善生活质量。Objective :To evaluate the clinical effects of Yufeining in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable phase,and to provide the basis for the treatment in patients with COPD at stable phase. Methods :38 patients with COPD were divided into therapeutic group (20 cases) and control group (18 cases) randomly.Therapeutic group was treated with oral Yufeining pill half a year;control group was not given any medicine.Routine lung function、blood gas analysis were measured before and after treatment.Total symptom score (TSS) of traditional Chinese medicine、the scores of quality of life (QOL) were recorded simultaneously. Results :FEV 1、FVC improved significantly after treatment in therapeutic group( P <0 05);PaO 2 increased and PaCO 2 decreased after treatment in therapeutic group ( P <0 05);TSS and the scores of QOL dropped significantly compare with pretherapy ( P <0 0001、 P <0 01 respectively).TSS increased after 6 months in control group ( P <0 05).There were no meaningful changes in other parameters in control group. Conclusion :The results suggested that Yufeining could improve lung function,relieve clinical symptoms,improve QOL in patients with COPD at stable phase.
