Study on the level of ceruloplasmin,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and fibrinogen in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus and their correlation

摘  要:目的 测定老年 2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆中铜蓝蛋白(CER)、超敏C 反应蛋白(hs -CRP)、纤维蛋白原(fg)及同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的水平,探讨炎症在T2DM患者的发病机制方面的作用。 方法 用免疫散射比浊法测定CER、hs CRP,用散射比浊法测定fg,用荧光偏振免疫发光技术(FPIA)测定HCY,用酶法测定空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)。 结果 与正常对照组相比,T2DM患者血浆CER、hs CRP、fg、HCY水平明显升高,且两者差异有显著的统计学意义。 结论 炎症确定在T2DM的发病机制中起作用,定期监测T2DM患者血浆中CER、hs CRP、fg等炎症指标的水平有重要的临床价值。Objective To detect plasma concentration of ceruloplasmin(CER),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen(fg) and homocysteine(HCY) in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus,and to determine the role of inflammation in the pathogenesis of type-2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Plasma CER and hs-CRP were detected by ultrasensitive nephelometry immunoassay in immage.Plasma fg was detected by nephelometry.Plasma HCY concentration was detected by fluorescence polarization immunoassay. Results Plasma concentration of HCY,hs-CRP and fg in patients with T2DM were higher than those in control group. Conclusions Inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of type-2 diabetes mellitus.There is very important clinical value to detect the levels of plasma CER,hs-CRP,fg and HCY in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus regularly,which are helpful to observe the development of the disease and the efficacy.
