摘　　要：目的　探讨切开复位Y型钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法　对 6 4例累及关节面的跟骨骨折作切开复位Y形钢板内固定治疗。结果　术后患足功能按Maryland足部评分系统优2 5例 ,良 32例 ,优良率为 89 0 6 %。结论　切开复位Y型钢板内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折较好的方法。Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect of open reduction and internal fixation for intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Methods 64 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with Y-shaped plate. Results According to the Maryland foot score system, the results were excellent in 25 cases and good in 32 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 89.06%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with Y-shaped plate is a good way for intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
