全膝关节表面置换术的初步体会

摘　　要：目的　探讨全膝关节表面置换术治疗膝骨性关节炎的近期疗效。方法　采取全膝关节表面置换术治疗 6例 7膝骨性关节炎。结果　 6例均获随访 ,最短随访 8个月 ,最长 17个月。HSS评分从术前平均 33分提高到术后 92分 ,全部膝关节术后力线正常 ,其中 6膝优 ,1膝良。结论　全膝关节表面置换术是治疗晚期膝关节骨性关节炎理想方法。Objective To evaluate the early curative effect of resurfacing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for osteoarthritis of knee. Methods 6 patients (7 knees) of osteoarthritis undergone TKA were reviewed. Results 7 knees in 6 patients were followed up for 8～17 months. HSS scores were improved from 33 points preoperatively to 92 points postoperatively. The line of weight bearing recovered normally. The results were excellent in 6 knees and good in 1. Conclusion TKA is an ideal treatment for the late stage osteoarthritis of knee.
