摘　　要：在直接成型技术中 ,粉末输送系统直接关系到成型零件的尺寸精度 ,是确保成型技术关键的一步 ,连续稳定的送粉量是精确成型的重要保证。因而控制送粉量的稳定性、连续性极其重要。本文作者就此进行了长时间的设计研究 ,设计出送粉稳定可靠的螺旋送粉器。In directly prototyping technology, powder delivery system is important to the accuracy of the metal parts, and is the key component in directly prototyping. Continuous and stable powder delivery amount is the major safeguard to the accuracy of the shape. So it's important in controlling the powder delivery amount. After a long time studying in this flied, the stable and dependable screw powder delivery device is developed.
