摘 要:以新鲜的生活污水作为水样,采用同步培菌法,在培养活性污泥的基础上,模拟一定的条件促进丝状菌生长直至形成丝状膨胀,并探索消除丝状膨胀的控制措施,同时通过对丝状菌进行分析鉴定及生活特性显微观察,确定产生丝状膨胀的丝状菌的种类。因为实验能够较好地接近污水厂的实际情况,其结论对污水厂曝气池的正常运行具有实际指导作用。Fresh domestic sewage was used as water specimen, adopting synchronous bacteria culturing method, and based on culturing activated sludge, a certain conditions were simulated to promote the growth of filamentous bacteria until filamentous dilation is formed. At the same time, controlling measurements were sought to eliminate the filamentous dilation. Analysis characterization and microscopic observation of their living features of filamentous bacteria were carried out to confirm the kinds of filamentous bacteria that form the filamentous dilation. Since the experiment is relatively close to the practical condition of the sewage treating plant, the conclusion obtained possesses a practical guidance role in normal running of aeration tank of the sewage treating plant.;
