摘　　要：论述了21世纪高校图书馆进行特色馆藏建设的重要性和必要性,从不同方面探讨了建设特色馆藏的方法和以人为基础的特色馆藏建设。This paper discusses on the importance and necessity of conducting the construction of the characteristic holdings of university library in 21st century, and from different aspects probes into the methods for the construction of the characteristic holdings and the people-based characteristic holdings.
