摘　　要：就减少交易成本、遏制机会主义、弥补APEC监督机制的软弱方面分析了APEC自主自愿精神的效率贡献,指出该精神在体现公平的同时,也存在其效率缺陷,并提出了解决问题的方案。This paper analyzes on the efficiency contribution of APEC autonomic and voluntary spirit from aspects of reducing the transaction cost, containing the opportunism, and covering the shortage of APEC supervision mechanism, points out that although this spirit externalizes the equity, still has its efficiency fault, and puts forward some schemes for solving this problem.
