摘 要:土壤、水体以及空气中有毒有害化学物质的污染加重是现阶段众多工业化国家面临的主要环境问题。随着污染的加重,寻找高效、经济,且对环境扰动小的治理方法逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。生物修复即利用微生物降解环境中有毒有害物质或者减少污染物浓度的一种修复方法。随着生物技术的不断发展,各国广泛开展生物修复技术治理污染环境的试验研究,并且应用于污染土壤、地下水、地表水的修复中。Contamination of soils, water, sediments and air with toxic chemicals is the important environment problem, which many industrialized countries must to face today. With the increase of environmental pollution, people focus on search for an effective and economic controlling technique with less disruption on the environment. Bioremediation is the way of using microorganism to destroy or reduce the concentration of hazardous wastes of contaminated on site. With the development of biological technique, many countries are widely developing the experimental study of treating the polluted environment with bioremediational technique, and it had been applied in restoring the polluted soil, ground water and surface water.
