摘　　要：目的:探讨现场急救新概念在降低道路交通伤伤员死亡率和伤残率的作用。方法:结合我们已进行的大量相关实验研究和多次参加抢救道路交通伤伤员的临床救治体会,并引用国内外公开发表的有关论文及著作,提出急救新概念。结果:应用现有的先进科技手段,使交通伤现场急救方案更趋合理,提高救治的成功率。结论:道路交通伤伤员初期的现场急救特别重要,最好将救命性的外科处理延伸到事故现场。可以及时对病情进行包括简单手术在内的决定性治疗。真正体现"医疗与伤员同在"的现代救护新概念,这种策略有可能改善预后,降低道路交通伤伤员的死亡率和伤残率。Objective: To investigate the characteristics and new Spot-first-aid concept of injuries caused by the civil traffic accident. Methods: Based on experimental study and clinical experience about injuries caused by the civil traffic accident and reference collected from foreign nations and our country, the new spot-first-aid concept of the civil traffic were put forward. Results: The advanced technological methods and rational first-aid project on the sport of accident had improved the successful rate of treatment. Conclusion: It should be important of first-aid on the civil traffic accidental spot. Surgical treatments which operations were included in should be extended to the spot. That being the new concept' where is the wounded, and where is medical treatment', survival and injury rate of the wounded in traffic accidental were dramatically decreased.
