应用中药熏眼治疗前葡萄膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价联合应用中药熏眼治疗前葡萄膜炎的临床效果。方法:观察我院2003.5-2004.5住院就治的前葡萄膜炎患者,随即分为2组,时照组40人,50眼,采用常规治疗方法;中药熏眼联合组38人,50眼,采用常规治疗的同时辅以中药熏眼,每日两次,每次10min-15min.治疗一周后两组临床表现、治疗起效时间加以比较。结果:治疗前两组患者临床表现差异无显著性(p>0.05),治疗一周后,两组比较患者临床表现的差异具有显著性(P<0.01),中药熏眼联合治疗组起效时间早于对照组。结论:联合应用中药熏眼治疗前葡萄膜炎能够缩短疗程,加快病人眼部损伤的恢复。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects on treating anterior uveitis with traditional Chinese medicine fumigating eyes. Methods: To observe the patients with anterior uveitis in our hospital from May 2003 to May 2004 who were divided into two groups: one was applying Chinese medicine fumigating eyes, another was conventional therapy, for each 50 eyes. The comparison of clinical manifestation of two groups after one week's therapy and the time to produce a marked effect was performed. Results: There were no significant difference in two group 's clinical manifestation before therapy (P>0.05), there was significant difference after one week's therapy (P<0.01), the time to produce a marked effect of the group applying Chinese medicine fumigating eyes was earlier. Conclusion: Combining Chinese medicine fumigating eyes could shorten course of treatment and speed up the patient's eyes recovery.
