双胎之一宫内死亡11例的孕期护理

摘　　要：报道双胎之一宫内死亡孕期的护理方法,定时监测母体凝血功能及胎心监护,注意孕妇阴道出血、腹痛、宫内感染情况。依据B超检查正确评估宫内胎儿生长发育情况,加强孕期基础护理,密切注意胎心音、宫缩情况,保持外阴干洁预防感染,增加营养等,从而适当延长胎龄。11例中10例婴儿健康存活娩出,无孕产妇死亡。认为在母体安全的前提下最大限度地延长胎龄,有助于提高母儿安全系数。The paper reported the nursing of single death in twins during gestation period, including: monitoring mother's thrombus fruition and fetal cardiac activity regularly, noticing vaginal bleeding, abdomen pain and intrauterine infection. Correct evaluation of the fetal growth in uterus according to B-ultrasound, enhancing the basic nursing during gestation period, watching out for fetal heart rate and uterine contraction, preserving clearness of pudenda, preventing infection and enhancing nutrition can prolong fetus duration. 10 of 11 fetuses laboured livingly and healthily and no lying-in woman was dead.The authors argued prolonging fetus duration to the utmost extent under the safety of lying-in woman can help to improve security coefficient of mother and fetus.
