长途转诊病人的院前急救护理

摘　　要：报道了152例长途转诊病人院前急救的护理,其中救护车转运150例,航空救护2例;转入就近医院抢救1例,死亡1例,共有150例病人平安转运至我院。转运前做好急救物品、环境的准备和病人病情交接,尊重家属的知情权,转运途中保持静脉通路、呼吸道等管道的固定通畅,严密观察病情,做好转诊记录,保障通讯的畅通;航空救护需要掌握好空运的适应证,确保病人转运安全。In this paper, the authors reported their experience in the emergency nursing of 152 patients by long-distance trans-hospital treatment in first aid. 150 patients were transported by ambulance, 2 by helicopter. Among them, one patient was sent to a nearby hospital for first did, 1 died, and 150 patients were transported to their hospital safely. They concluded their nursing methods including preparing emergency medicine, stuffs and instruments before transfer, knowing the state of the patients from the doctors, assuring the patients' family numbers to know the inside story before transporting the patients to hospital, keeping respiratory and venous catheter fixed on the way, closely observing the conditions to ensure the security, recording the details of trans-hospital treatment well, making the communications expedited, and grasping adaptation in transporting by helicopter in order to ensure the patients' security.
