摘　　要：目的探讨癌症化疗患者的家庭护理服务效果。方法于2003年10月-2004年5月采用自行设计的调查问卷,对169例癌症化疗患者的家庭护理服务需求进行调查。针对需求采取相应措施,并与实施前比较效果。结果患者对能解决实际问题的深静脉置管化疗护理、不良反应的护理干预,用药指导、饮食指导、心理调控等家庭服务需求较多;护士上门服务,电话咨询、书信受到欢迎。家庭护理服务实施前后效果分别经字2检验,P<0.01,有显著性差异,提示实施后效果优于实施前。结论针对癌症化疗患者的需求,开展家庭护理服务,能基本满足癌症化疗患者的生活需求。Objective To evaluate the effect of application of home nursing service for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 169 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy who required home nursing service were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire from October 2003 to May 2004. Some corresponding measures were taken according to their requirements, and the results were compared with that of before. Results Patients showed more need for home nursing service which could solve real problems, such as retaining deep vein puncture chemotherapy nursing, nursing intervention for adverse reaction, medicine guidance, diet guidance, psychology regulation and so on. Nurses' home service, consultation by phone and letters were also popular. There was significant difference in the effect before and after the application of home nursing service, tested by χ2, P<0.01. Conclusion Aiming at the requirements of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, the implementation of home nursing service can basically satisfy their need in everyday life.
