摘　　要：为适应未来信息化条件下海上局部战争的救护需要,结合以往海上救护训练实际,护理管理科学的改革模式主要从几方面着手:(1)树立护理人员全新的战备观念,把战伤救护训练摆在实战高度。(2)加快海上救护护理人才培养,着力提高综合素质。(3)在海上救护训练中运用整体护理。(4)海上护理管理信息化,提高救护质量和工作效率。通过管理模式的转变,形成一套完整、科学的管理理论,并将应用于海上救护训练中,努力造就一支综合素质高、反应能力快、救护技术过硬的护理骨干队伍。In order to meet the need of rescue in future local naval battle under the condition of information, according to past training experience of sea rescue, the authors argued that the reform mode of nursing management science should begin with the following aspects: (1) To make nursing staff have the new ideas of combat readiness and pay a special attention to the training of sea rescue as actual combat. (2) To speed up the education of talented nursing personnel on sea rescue and to improve their comprehensive qualities greatly.(3) To apply the concept of holistic nursing into the training of sea rescue. (4)To informationize the nursing management on sea, improve the nursing quality and working efficiency. With the transition of managing mode, a set of complete and scientific theory was established, which was applied in the sea rescue training in order to make endeavor to build a nursing backbone force with high comprehensive quality, quick response and excellent nursing skills.
