纳洛酮对头针治疗大鼠实验性心律失常效应的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究头针治疗大鼠实验性心律失常效应的中枢作用机制。方法 :在氯化钡诱发实验性心律失常模型上 ,在中脑导水管周围灰质 (PAG)内注射阿片受体拮抗剂纳洛酮 (naloxone ,NX) ,头针电刺激大鼠头部双侧“额旁 1线”区域 ,记录各组大鼠心电图。结果 :PAG内注射NX对氯化钡诱发实验性心律失常大鼠心律及心率的变化无明显的影响 ,头针使实验性心律失常持续时间缩短 ,能有效调整异常心率(P <0 .0 1) ,其效应可以被PAG内注射NX完全翻转 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :头针电刺激治疗大鼠实验性心律失常的作用与PAG内的阿片受体介导有密切关系。Objective:To study the central receptor mechanism of the curative effect of scalp electroacupuncture on lateral line 1 of forehead in experimental arrhythmic rats.Methods:Barium Chlorid-induced experimental arrhythmic model was induced in Wistar rats,scalp electroacupuncture on the both area of lateral line 1 of forehead was then given.The effect of opioid-receptor antagonist naloxone(NX)injecting into periaqueductal gray(PAG) in the rats was investigated in the present study.The heart rate and the recovering time of BaCl 2-induced arrhythmia rats were recorded.Results:Barium Chlorid-induced experimental arrhythmic rats showed a increase of heart rate and the recovering time as compared with that of the normal control group,NX produced insignificant change.Arrhythmia of the rats was ameliorated by scalp electroacupuncture ( P <0.01),those effect was reversed by injecting opioid-receptor antagonist naloxone into periaqueductal gray( P <0.01).Conclusion:The effect of scalp electroacupuncture in curating arrhythmia of Barium chloride-induced rats was mediated by opioid receptors in periaqueductal gray.
