摘  要:目的 建立评价银杏叶片剂质量优劣的指纹图谱分析方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,HypersilODS (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm)色谱分析柱 ,检测波长为 36 0nm ,乙腈、异丙醇和 0 4 9%枸橼酸为流动相 ,1mL·min-1的流速梯度洗脱对银杏叶片剂中银杏黄酮进行指纹图谱测定。并采用原国家药品监督管理局推荐的中药指纹图谱计算软件进行计算 ,建立银杏叶片剂中银杏黄酮的共有指纹图谱。结果 HPLC研究银杏叶片剂中银杏黄酮指纹图谱的方法有较好的重现性、精密度和稳定性 (RSD均小于 3% )。OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC-fingerprint analysis for the quality evaluation of Ginkgo laminae. METHODS: The HPLC analysis was carried out in a Hewlett Packard model 1 100 liquid chromatograph coupled with UV detector. The analysis was performed on Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-isopropanol-0.49% Citric acid (with gradient) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL&middotmin-1, and column temperature was at 25°C. The wavelength of the UV detector was at 360 nm. RESULTS: RSD of precision and reproducibility and stability was less than 3%. Mutual fingerprint of the flavonol glycosides of Ginkgo laminae which produced in different factories was established by using the similarity calculation software of Chinese herbal fingerprint designed by Research Center of Modernization of Chinese Herbal Medicines of Central South University. CONCLUSION: This study is helpful in effectively controlling the quality of Ginkgo laminae.
