摘　　要：应用了一种新颖双管正激组合变换器作为三态滞环控制电流型逆变器直流输入前级,研制了一种输出7.5 kV·A的单相航空静止变流器,将某型号飞机上三相115V/400 Hz供电系统,变换成220V/50Hz单相交流电,以满足特殊机载设备的供电要求。A combining two-transistor forward converter was applied in the front-end of three-level hysteresis current-controlled inverter, and a single-phase 7. 5 kV · A aeronautical static inverter was developed. It transforms three-phase 115 V/400Hz power supply system into 220 V/50Hz single-phase power supply to meet the power supply requirements of the equipments on some airplanes.
