摘 要:目的 研究建立安痛定注射液不同的含量测定方法, 以便对方法的准确度进行相互校验。方法 不经传统的提取分离, 而采用数学分离的方法消除共存组分的相互干扰, 直接建立安痛定注射液的 CPA矩阵法和多波长直线回归法, 并和河北省药品标准法做了对比测定。结果 CPA矩阵法测定安痛定注射液中 3 组分氨基比林、安替比林和巴比妥的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 100 2%, 0 54%; 100 2%, 0 53%和 100 2%, 0 55%。多波长直线回归法测定的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 100 2%, 0 46%; 100 7%, 0 75%和 99 99%, 1 41%。通过对各法的测定结果做统计分析表明: 新建立的CPA矩阵法与标准法比较, 投药量较大的氨基比林和安替比林的测定结果无显著性差异, 而投药量较小的巴比妥有显著性差异。多波长直线回归法与标准法比较, 3 组分的测定结果均无显著性差异。结论 新建立的两种方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好, 可用于测定安痛定注射液的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish different quantitative determination methods for the contents of Antongding injection to adjust mutual accuracy METHODS To eliminate the interference of ingredients,the mathematical separation method was used to establish CPA matrix method and multi wavelength linear regression method of Antongding injection without any preliminary separation At the same time,assay of Antongding injection was carried out using Hebei pharmaceutical standard RESULTS The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of amidopyrine,phenazone and barbital by CPA matrix method were 100 2%,0 54%;100 2%,0 53%;and 100 2%,0 55%,respectively The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of amidopyrine,phenazone and barbital by multi wavelength linear regression method were 100 2%,0 46%;100 7%,0 75%;and 99 99%,1 41%,respectively The data were detected respectively and then statistically analyzed The CPA matrix method was compared with Hebei pharmaceutical standard method.Large quantity of amidopyrine and phenazone showed no significant difference,but the small amount of barbital had significant difference The multi wavelength linear regression method was compared with Hebei pharmaceutical standard method,and the data showed no significant difference CONCLUSIONS The methods are simple,rapid,accurate and precise,and can be used for the determination of Antongding injection
