摘 要: 利用PCR-RFLP技术对西农萨能奶山羊、关中奶山羊、陕南白山羊、安哥拉山羊和波尔山羊等5个品种162个个体的β-lg5′侧翼区进行了多态性分析。结果表明,PCR扩增产物大小为710bp,被Sma 酶消化后表现多态性。西农萨能奶山羊、关中奶山羊、陕南白山羊、安哥拉山羊和波尔山羊的A/B等位基因频率分别为0.911/0.089,0.871/0.129,1.000/0.000,0.933/0.067,0.944/0.056,且它们的基因杂合度/有效等位基因数/Shaanon信息熵/PIC值分别为0.163/1.194/0.301/0.150,0.225/1.290/0.385/0.200,0.000/1.000/0.000/0.000,0.125/1.142/0.245/0.117,0.105/1.117/0.215/0.100。由此可见,关中奶山羊的遗传多态性最丰富,其次是西农萨能奶山羊,而安哥拉山羊和波尔山羊的遗传多态性较低,陕南白山羊未表现出多态性。PCR-RFLP was applied to analyze the polymorphisms of β-lactoglobulin 5′ flanking region in 162 goats of five breeds,namely,Xinong saanen dairy goat,Guanzhong dairy goat,Shaanan white goat,Angora goat and Boer goat.It showed that 710 bp PCR products digested with SmaI demonstrated polymorphisms.The frequuencies of allele A/B of Xinong saanen,Guanzhong,Shaanan,Angora and Boer were (0.911)/0.089,0.871/0.129,1.000/0.000,0.933/0.067 and 0.944/0.056,and their gene heterozygosity/effective allele gene number/Shaanon information Eptropy /Polymorphism information content were listed for 0.163/1.194/0.301/0.150,0.225/1.290/0.385/0.200,0.000/1.000/0.000/0.000,0.125/1.142/(0.245)/0.117,0.105/1.117/0.215/0.100,respectively.As far as above heredity indexes were considered,Guanzhong dairy goat showed most abundant in genetic polymorphism,then Xinong saanen dairy goat,and Angora and Boer goat lower,while Shaanan white goat demonstrated no polymorphism.
