摘 要: 针对高压容器焊缝常存在边界未融合、未焊透、裂纹等危害性缺陷,设计了一种利用磁带导航、光纤传感器检测、磁轮驱动的自动扫查装置。利用超声波自动串列扫查原理,在工控机的控制下,自动扫查装置沿焊缝方向运动,实现对焊缝超声串列检测的自动化,可以在线对扫查装置进行监视和控制,对容器缺陷参数进行数据采集、处理等,当运动方向偏离串列扫查基准线时,控制系统根据调整算法进行实时校正。试验结果表明,该装置具有很高的定位精度和导航性能,利用扫查装置检测探伤,提高了缺陷检测性能,保证焊接的质量,也节省了大量的人力和物力。This paper presented design of a magnetic wheel driven automatic scan device utilizing magnetic belt navigating, fiber sensor examining in order to the weld seams of high pressure container which often exist boundary unblended, unweld, crack etc. dangerous flaws. By means of ultrasonic tandem scanning principle, under computer control, the device took ultrasonic probes to inspect the welds automatically, it was watched and controlled online, the flaw parameters of container was collected and processed etc, when the direction of motion deviated the base line of tandem, real-time control system adjusted position of the scan device by adjusting algorithms. The experimental results show that the device has very high precision to position and navigate. Through scan device to detect flaw, it can improve the performance of examining flaws, guarantee the quality of welds, save large quantity of human resources and costs.
