摘　　要：在对现实作出合理抽象的基础上,探讨了吸引外资过程中西部地区与外商之间的博弈行为,通过对博弈均衡解的分析,揭示出中西部地区在引资过程中所应采取的一些策略。On the basis of reasonable assumptions, the authors explore the game between middle-west regions and the foreign investors in absorbing foreign direct investment. Through the analysis of the equilibrium solution of the game, some optimal strategies for middle-west regions are put forward.
