摘　　要：小波变换是近几年来兴起的一种新的变换方法 ,主要特点是通过变换能够充分突出问题某些方面的特征 ,因此 ,小波变换在许多领域都得到了成功的应用 ,特别是其离散数字算法在图像分析领域取得了重大突破。但是 ,小波变换的算法一般相对来说比较复杂 ,而其处理速度往往也成为制约其发展的瓶颈。该文从小波变换的基础出发 ,给出了一种针对数字图像的小波矩阵算法 ,并实现了快速小波变换的算法和流程 。The Wavelet Transform is a kind of new transform method developing recently, its key feature is to stand out some aspects of object sufficiently through transformation. So the wavelet transform has got successful application in many areas, especially its discrete digital arithmetic gained great achievement in the area of image analysis. But the arithmetic of the wavelet transform is often relatively complex and the processing speed usually becomes the bottleneck which restricts its progress. On the basis of the wavelet transform, the article gave out a wavelet matrix algorithm aiming at digital image, and realized the arithmetic and the process of fast wavelet transform. So it provided an effective theory basis for practical application programme.
