摘 要:目的探讨正常儿童与髋脱位儿童髋臼前倾角的变化情况.方法应用CT技术,测量正常组(105髋)和异常组(303髋)的髋臼前倾角.结果儿童的髋臼前倾角较正常成年人小;0~6岁髋脱位患儿的髋臼前倾角较正常儿童的髋臼前倾角增大,差异有显著性意义.结论髋臼前倾角的发育在儿童期较为缓慢.髋脱位患儿的髋臼前倾角增大,复位手术前后应增加CT检查以明确前倾角度.Objective To compare the acetabular anteversion difference between developmental dysplasia of hip and normal controls. Methods 105 normal and 303 abnormal hips were scanned with CT. Results We found the degree of acetabular anteversion less in children than in adults. Acetabular anteversion is significantly increased in the developmental dysplasia of the hip. Conclusions The development of acetabular anteversion in children is a slow process. The angle is increased in the developmental dysplasia of hip. Pre and post-op CT measurement of acetabular anteversion is recommended.
