摘　　要：目的　探讨转化生长因子β1 (TGFβ1 )在颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮 (LMDF)发病中的作用。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测 20例LMDF皮损中TGFβ1,并以 10例正常皮肤组织作对照。结果　LMDF组TGFβ1 阳性率和着色程度均明显高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论　TGFβ在LMDF的发病中可能起重要作用。Objective To discuss the function of TGFβ 1 in the course of LMDF.Methods To detect and measure TGFβ 1 in 20 lesion samples of LMDF by using the method of SP immunohistochemistry,and compare them with 10 normal samples.Results TGFβ 1 in the LMDF group were higher than that of the comparative group(P<0.05).Conclusion TGFβ 1 plays an important role during the beginning and development of LMDF.
