摘 要:通过对 3 16L钢在室温和中温环境下应力控制的低周疲劳试验 ,得到若干有意义的试验结果 ,揭示和分析3 16L钢室温和中温环境下应力循环特性及棘轮行为随加载历史、加载名义应力范围和环境温度的变化规律 ,并在此基础上讨论动态应变时效 (dynamicstrainaging ,DSA)的现象。研究表明 ,材料的应力循环特性依赖于温度和加载历史 ,棘轮行为依赖于温度、加载水平和加载历史 ,42By low cycle fatigue (LCF) experimentation of 316L steel under stress control at room and elevated temperature, some significant results have been obtained. The effects of histories, cyclic stress range and temperature on the cyclic deformation behavior and ratcheting were analyzed. Based on this investigation, the dynamic strain aging (DSA) phenomenon was also discussed. The results show that cyclic stress property depends on the temperature and loading history, ratcheting is determined by the temperature, loading state and loading history, and the dynamic strain aging is remarkable at 420°C.
