腹腔镜脾切除54例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹腔镜脾切除术的安全性及临床效果。方法 :回顾性分析 5 4例腹腔镜脾切除术病例的临床资料。结果 :5 4例有 5例转为开腹手术 ,4 9例完成腹腔镜切脾术 ,该 4 9例手术平均时间为 2 2 6min ,术中平均出血 2 70ml,切除的脾重量平均为35 7g ,术后胃肠蠕动恢复时间平均为 15h ,住院天数平均为 5d ,术后发生并发症 3例 ,术中发现副脾 5例。结论 :腹腔镜切脾术是一种安全、微创的手术。Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic splenectomy(LS). Methods: 54 cases underwent LS were retrospectively reviewed in this study. Results:Five cases were shifted to open surgery, LS was successfully operated in 49 cases with average operation time of 226 min, blood loss 270 ml, the average spleen weight was 357 g. The average postoperative GI movement time was 15 h and the hospital stay was 5 days. Postoperative complications occurred in 3 cases. Conclusion:LS is a safe and less traumatic surgery for splenectomy.
