江苏省赣榆县7年间居民心脏病死亡分析

摘　　要：目的 :掌握心脏病的死亡特点 ,为预防控制该病提供依据。方法 :用简略寿命表法计算期望寿命 ,通过计算YPLL指标分析潜在寿命损失 ,计算累积死亡率分析疾病死亡几率 ,用圆形分布法分析死亡的时间趋势。结果 :1996～2 0 0 2年 ,赣榆县居民心脏病年均死亡率为 4 3 31/ 10万 ,性别间死亡率差异无显著性 ;35岁以上人群是心脏病死亡率高发人群 ;各类心脏疾病中 ,心肌梗塞居于首位 ,占 6 2 35 % ;心脏病造成的人均潜在寿命损失为 14 34岁 ,去除该病 ,可使现时居民平均期望寿命增加 1 4 0 % ;心肌梗塞、慢性风心病死亡有 (1～ 2月 )明显季节高峰。结论 :冠心病、 35岁以上人群是预防控制心脏病的重点疾病和人群 ;中老年人群在冬季应重视加强预防保健 ,在社区开展戒烟限酒、平衡膳食、适当运动和保持心理平衡等以预防心脏病的死亡。Objective:To grasp the death characteristic of the heart diseases which can provide the basis for preventing and controlling the diseases.Methods:Life expectancy is calculated with abridged life table.The years of potential life lost is indicated by calculating YPLL.Using the index of accumulated death rate,the death probability is revealed.The method of circle distribution is applied to describe the time trend of death.Results:From 1996 to 2002,the average annual death rate of residents' heart diseases in Ganyu county is 43.31 per 100 000,and there is no significant difference in the mortality between women and men.People above 35 years old are the high-risk group.In all kinds of the heart diseases,the heart attack occupy the first place,and account for 62.35%.The heart diseases can cause a person lose 14.34 years of potential life among the residents.With getting rid of it,now resident life expectancy can be increased 1.40%.The death time peaks of the heart attack and the chronic rheumatic heart deseases are distributed frequently in January or February.Conclusions:The heart attack,people above 35 years old are key diseases and key crowds in preventing and controlling the heart diseases.The middle-aged and old crowd should pay attention to strengthenning the health care of preventing in winter.The advocating movements such as stopping smoking,reducing alcohol drinking,keeping balanced diet,doing exercises properly and keeping the psychology balanced shoud be carried out in community as early as possible.
