海盐县7年流动人口肺结核病的监测

摘　　要：目的 :分析海盐县 1996～ 2 0 0 2年流动人口肺结核监测结果。方法 :对 1996～ 2 0 0 2年结核病监测年报表资料进行描述性统计分析。结果 :7年间 ,新登记肺结核病人 119例 ,年均新登记率 90 4 6 / 10万 ,其中涂阳新登记率 34 4 1/ 10万 ;发病数呈逐年上升趋势 ,从占全县病例数的 4 76 %上升到 16 13% ;以 15～ 34岁为主 ,占 75 6 3% ;新发涂阳病人治愈率 82 98%。结论 :流动人口肺结核发病率高 ,病情重 ,对其进行肺结核免费治疗管理 ,提高发现率和治愈率是控制结核病至关重要工作。Objective:To analyse the surveillance of TB among the floating population in Haiyan from 1996 to 2002.Methods:Reported data of TB from 1996 to 2002 were analysed statistically.Results:During the 7 years,119 new TB patients were found,the register rate of new patients is 90.46/100,000,thereinto the register rate of new smear positive patients is 34.41/10,000;The number of infected patients showed a rising trend in the county,75.63% were people from 15 to 34 years old.The cure rate of initial smear-positive pulmonary TB criminals was 89.98%.Conclusion:In the floating population the incidence of tuberculosis is high and the disease is serious.Hence,It is very important for the work of tuberculosis control to raise detection rate and during rate,and to adopt feasible measures free.
