丁腈羟/聚醚并用型沥青聚氨酯防水涂料甲乙组分相容性研究

摘　　要：采用具有弱极性主链的端羟基液体丁腈橡胶制备聚氨酯预聚体,通过一系列的比较实验,研究其对沥青聚 氨酯防水涂料甲乙组分相容性的影响。得出当丁腈羟预聚体在聚氨酯预聚体中所占的比例达到40％后,甲乙组分 即开始呈现出良好的相容性。Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene/ acrylonitrile rubber that had a backbone chain of low polarity. Influence of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene/ acrylonitrile on compatibility between the two components of bitumen-polyurethane waterproof coating was studied. Through a series of comparative experiments the compatibility between the two components turned out to be good when hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene accounted for 40% of acrylonitrile prepolymer.
