摘　　要：从面向全球供应链的现代物流理念视角,并以供求平衡作为市场发展走势判断的基本依据,简述世界主要消费大国(地区)进口原油和油品主要来源及区域构成、世界能源运输现状与链网主要咽喉要道及世界海上油运发展现状与展望,分析国际油运船队及其总体构成和油船市场主要影响因素及走势特征,阐明石油海运是确保中国能源乃至国家安全的核心问题并提出相关对策建议,对及时了解世界石油及其油船市场发展现状与基本走势特点,实时调整油运港航企业经营决策有一定参考借鉴作用。From the point of view of the modern logistics principle facing the world supply chains and judging with the fundamental basis that the equilibrium development in demand and supply, this paper analyzes the main source and the district constitute of crude oil import and oil products in big countries (or regions) of main consumption, world energy conveyance condition and main route of net and tanker shipping development condition and outlook of the world economy. It also analyzes the international tanker fleet and its total composing and the factors affecting tanker market and its character, and then it gives the point of the petroleum shipping by sea that is the core issue of insuring the supply of energy to China’s security, and some suggestion are provided hereafter. It is useful to oil shipping and harbor enterprise which will understand world petroleum, present condition and characteristics of tanker shipping market development, and the management decision. [
