摘　　要：船舶优先权作为海商法的一项重要制度,对海事请求相关人具有重要意义。最高人民法院一则新的司法解释将航道养护费列入产生船舶优先权的海事请求范围。本文通过对船舶优先权概念、法律特征的分析,从船舶优先权适用的地域范围和船舶优先权的客体两方面,对航道养护费的缴付请求能否适用船舶优先权提出质疑。As an important legal system in maritime law, maritime lien is very important to the relative claim party. The latest judicial interpretation of the Supreme Court listed the maintenance fees for the waterway as the maritime lien. Through the analysis of the connotation and legal characteristics of maritime lien, this paper brings forward some oppugns to this judicial interpretation. [
