摘　　要：目的 :探讨高血压患者眼部血管的血流动力学变化。方法 :应用彩色多普勒成像技术 (CDI)对71例高血压患者142只眼的眼动脉 (OA)、视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)和睫状后短动脉 (SPCA)的血流动力学指标进行检测 ,并取无高血压的正常人30例作为对照组。结果 :高血压患者眼血管血流速度明显减慢 ,阻力指数 (RI)明显增高 ,呈低流速高阻力状况。结论 :外周血管的阻力和血供情况 ,对高血压病的疗效观察和预后评估有重要意义。Objective:To understand the ocular hemodynamics in patients with hypertension.Methods:This study included142eyes of71patients with hypertension.The criteria of hemodynamics of the ocular artery(OA),central retinal artery(CRA)and short posterior ciliary artery(SPCA)were measured by color doppler image(CDI).The results of patients with hypertension were compared with those of the control group which included60eyes of30person without hypertension.Results:The ophthalmic bloodstream speed decreased and resistance index(RI)inˉcreased obviously,the ophthalmic blood vessels of hypertension was in a state of lowbloodstream and high resistance.Conclusion:The examination of ophthalmic vascular hemodynamics of hypertension with color Doppler ultrasound,which can accurately reflect the peripheral vascular resistance and the blood supply,is of great significance to the observation of curative effect and the assessment of prognosis.
