安珐特对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察慢性乙型肝炎患者使用安珐特治疗后血清纤维化指标改善情况及临床症状、体征、肝功能的变化。方法 :治疗组28例 ,在对照组用药的基础上加用安珐特2片/次 ,每日3次 ;对照组26例 ,口服西利宾胺、五酯片等基础护肝药 ,疗程两组均为24周。结果 :治疗组在症状、体征、肝功能、血清纤维化的改善方面明显高于对照组 ,安珐特具有明显的抗纤维化作用 ,治疗组血清透明质酸 (HA)、层粘蛋白 (LN)、Ⅳ型胶原 (CL -Ⅳ )在治疗中期有明显下降 ,治疗结束时几乎降至正常 ,对照组下降不明显 ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 01)。结论 :安珐特对慢性乙型肝炎患者有显著的抗纤维化作用和保肝护肝作用。Objective:To observe the improvement condition of serum fibrosis indices and the change of clinical symptoms,signs and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B after treatment of compound fetal oxliver extract.Methods:26cases in the control group were treated with the basic protecive liver drugs such as silibinin-N-methylglucamine,schizandrin A and so on;besides those,28cases in the treatment group were added with compound fetal oxliver extract;the course of treatment in both groups was24weeks.Results:The improvement condition of symptoms,signs,liver function and serumfibrosis in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group,compound fetal oxliver extract possessed a significant role of antifibrosis.The serum hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN)and collagen-Ⅳ(CL-Ⅳ)decreased signifiˉcantly in the metaphase of treatment,and dropped to normal nearly at the end of treatment,but which did not decrease significantly in the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compound fetal oxliver extract possesses significant role of anti-fibrosis and protective liver on patients with chronic hepatitis B.
