联立方程组新解法测定地麻滴鼻液的含量

摘　　要：目的　建立联立方程组新解法测定地麻滴鼻液中地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法　用联立方程新解法直接测定地麻滴鼻液中地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸麻黄碱的含量,测定波长为 2 4 2nm和 2 5 6nm。结果　地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率为 99 5 9%,RSD为 0 6 2 %;盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为 10 0 17%,RSD为 0 14 %。结论　本法快速、简便,结果准确。Objective To establish a method of spectrophotametry for determining the concentration of Dexamethasone sodium phosphate and Ephedrine hydrocholoride in nasal drops.Methods New Vierordt's method was used without separation.The determination wavelength were 242nm and 256nm.Results The average recovery of Dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 99.59% and RSD was 0.62%. The average recovery of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 100.17% and RSD was 0.14%.Conlusion This method is simple,quick and accurate.
