摘　　要：眼用微球制剂具有普通、应答性、原位胶化、离子交换等多种类型。了解其作用特点和制备中的一些问题,可以更合理地将微球应用到眼科疾病的治疗中。Ophthalmic microspheres have various typies including normal,respondent,in-situ gelling,ion-exchanged and others.We can apply more microspheres in ophthalmology if we have understood the mechanism and questions in the manufacture of ophthalmic microspheres.
