摘 要: 研究了螯合剂对热稳定性能的影响,考察Ca Zn复合热稳定剂在软、硬质聚氯乙烯 (PVC)配方中的应用,着重研究其静态热稳定性和抗紫外性能。结果表明,螯合剂HY能显著改善长期热稳定性,并与β 二酮、Ca Zn间有良好协同稳定作用;Ca Zn(1)用在软质和Ca Zn(2)用在硬质PVC中,其初期着色、长期热稳定性及抗紫外老化性能均较好。The influence of chelating agent on the heat stability was discussed. The application of Ca-Zn composite heat stabilizer in the soft and rigid PVC was also studied. Static heat stability and UV-resistant property of calcium-zincum composite heat stabilizer were studied mainly.The results show that the chelating agent HY can improve significantly long-term heat stability and there is good synergistic stability among Ca-Zn soap ,β-diketone and HY. When Ca-Zn(1) composite heat stabilizer is added in the soft PVC and Ca-Zn(2) composite heat stabilizer is added in the rigid PVC,initial colourability, long-term heat stability and UV resistant porporty of them are good.
