摘  要:目的探讨对舱外航天服手套进行主动加热是否会对舱外手动作业的工效造成影响。方法分析了手套对工效的影响因素,从疲劳、力量、灵活性和感知感觉方面设计试验研究主动加热对手套工效的影响。结果1)加热片对力量没有影响;2)除个别人外,加热片对疲劳的影响为17%;3)拧螺母和夹大头针表明加热片对灵活性的影响较小;4)感知物体形状和距离表明加热片对感知感觉的影响较小。结论对试验数据分析证明所采用的主动加热方法合理,对工效影响很小。Objective To observe the effects of active heating system for spacesuit gloves on extravehicular working performance. Method After analyzing the factors with gloves influence on the working performance, the effects of active heating system for gloves were studied experimentally with aspects to fatigue, hand strength, dexterity and tactile sensing. Result 1)Heating-system had not influence to grip;2)Heating-system had 17% influence to fatigue except specific person;3)Nut assembly and nipping pin showed that heating-system had little influence to dexterity; 4)Apperceiving shape of object and two-point distance showed heating-system had little influence to tactility. Conclusion The active heating method is rational and has little influence on working performance.
