摘  要:对草酸作为沉淀剂制备的细颗粒红色荧光粉Y2O3∶Eu3+进行结构和光谱性质研究,结果表明:其一次粒径为20nm~30nm,团聚尺寸D50=0.53μm,粉体细且分布均匀。该荧光粉最大激发峰位于252.2nm,最大发射峰位于612nm,荧光粉色品座标x=0.6479,y=0.3442,符合荧光粉要求。The study on structure and spectrum properties of small-sized red phosphor Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) synthesized with oxalic acid as a precipitation agent was carried out in this experiment. The result shows that the diameter of crystalline grain is 20nm^30nm and the agglomerate size is D_(50)=0.53μm,QD=0.22.It shows the powder size has a good homogeneity.The powder is fine and uniformly distributed.Infrared absorption spectra of Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) oxide shows that the dilation shake peak of Y-O bond for Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) oxide ,two acromions are appeared.The maximum excitation spectrum of the phosphor peaks at (λ_(ex)=)252.2nm.The maximum emission spectrum peaks at (λ_(em)=) 612nm.The luminescent chromatic coordinate parameters of the phosphor are x=0.6479, y=0.3442 ,which accords with the phosphor.
