摘　　要：在现实的足球世界里 ,球员的转会流动是非常频繁的 ,而球队成绩以及俱乐部经营的好坏也在一定程度上依赖于转会。以博斯曼转会准则为原则 ,辅之以必要的规制 ,实现几种转会制度的整合 ,并通过引进体育法庭、转会中介组织等形式的制度以期实现职业足球运动员转会中各主体利益的平衡。In the reality football world, there is an ordinary phenomenon that professional football sportsman change their clubs frequently. However, the achievement of teams and the management of clubs partly depend on the club changing. In this article, the author will regard Bowman club changing ruler as its main principle, added by necessary control, then achieve the corporation among several club changing systems and achieve professional football members' balanced benefits through brightly in several new systems such as P.E. courts intermediary organizations for club changing and some others.
