风险分析技术在井楼油区开发决策中的应用

摘　　要：　针对泌阳凹陷井楼油田一区村庄、河流下浅薄层稠油资源开发风险大的实际情况,应用风险分析技术,通过风险分析、科学决策等现代化管理方法与工艺技术的整合,深化了石油地质和油藏工程研究,优化了开发方案设计,制定出了科学合理、行之有效的降低风险技术对策,使井楼背斜高风险难开发储量实现了安全、高效开发,拓展了风险分析技术的应用领域,为在油田生产经营决策活动特别是油藏经营管理活动中规避或降低风险开辟了新的途径。Aiming at the actual conditions of Jinglou Oilfield in Miyang Depression that the development of thick oil resource of shallow layer is full of hazard,we have applied the risk analysis technology.Through the combining of modern management methods and technology such as risk analysis and scientific decision,etc,the research in petroleum geology and oil reserves project has been deepened, the development scheme design has been optimized, and the scientific,reasonable and effective technical countermeasures of reducing risks have been established,which have made reserves of Jinglou anticline that are full of hazard and are difficult to develop have realized safe and efficient development,and has extended the application field of risk analysis technology,and has broken a new path to avoid or reduce risk for the producing and management decision of oilfield,especially for the oil reserves management.
