摘　　要：采用较理想的非线性函数曲线拟合技术,对运放输入级大信号饱和非线性特性进行逼近,可较精确地实现通用电路分析程序SPICE对含运放非线性宏模型电路的模拟,编制了相应的拟合程序,分析结果说明本文方法令人满意。In this paper a comparatively ideal curve fitting technique of nonlinear function is used to approach the large signal saturation nonlinear characteristics of Op-Amp input stage, so that the time domain response of the circuits containing nonlinear Op-Amp macromodels can be simulated precisely on SPICE. A relevant curve fitting program is made and two circuits are analysed. The results are satisfactory.
