开封市开放空间系统的设计与营建

摘　　要：开封市是我国"七大古都"之一,是"中原城市群"的重要成员,在河南省城市体系中发挥着"豫东区域性中心城市"的重要作用。将开放空间系统作为城市生态调控的"容器",通过开放空间系统的设计和营建来加强生态城市建设,是推动该市进入可持续发展状态的重要途径。文章在分析开封城市特色的基础上,论述了该市开放空间系统设计与营建的必要性及其应遵循的原则,提出开放空间系统圈层一体化的设计方案,以及绿色开放空间和灰色开放空间营建的要点。Kaifeng city is the one of Chinese 'seven ancient capital cities', the important member of 'Zhongyuan city group', playing an important role as the regional central city of east Henan province in (Henan's) urban system. City open space is a huge container of ecological regulating and controlling of a city. In order to promote Kaifeng city get into the situation of sustainable development, it is necessary to improve the construction of Kaifeng ecological city by means of the designing and constructing of open space system. On the base of analysing the Kaifeng city′s salient features, the paper discusses the necessity and principles of the design and constructing of open space system in Kaifeng city, provides design plan for the integration of the three circles in open space system constructing essentials of the green and grey open space in Kaifeng city.
