摘　　要：分子整流方面的研究在近几年取得了迅速发展。介绍和评述了对分子整流器的制作工艺、分子整流的理论和实验研究,还讨论了该领域研究中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。Since the research in the field of molecular rectification has undergone rapid development in recent years,an introduction to the manufacturing technique specialized in molecular rectifying devices is presented,and a review of the new theoretic and experimental achievements made in molecular rectification is given.The existing problems and the prospect of this field are also discussed.
