摘 要:用聚烯烃弹性体 (POE)和两种三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM)增韧PP/纳米CaCO3 ,研究了弹性体种类和用量对复合材料的力学性能和流动性能的影响。结果表明 :随弹性体用量增加至 3 0份 ,3种复合材料的拉伸强度下降 ,断裂伸长率上升 ,硬度下降 ,常温和低温冲击强度都有较大幅度提高 ;在 2 0~ 2 5份填充范围内 ,POE增韧效果良好 ,PP/POE/CaCO3 的综合性能优良 ;弹性体填充量为 3 0份时 ,3体系为典型的假塑性流体 ,PP/POE/CaCO3 体系有更强的非牛顿性 (粘切敏感性 )。A new type of polyolefin elastomer (POE) and two sorts of EPDM and nano-meter CaCO 3 were added into PP to increase the impact toughness, and the effect of POE content on mechanical and rheological properties of the prepared compsites were investigatedThe results indicated that with the increase of the content of the elastomer to 30 phr,the tensile strength and hardness of PP/POE/CaCO 3, PP/EPDM3745/CaCO 3 and PP/EPDM4045/CaCO 3 decreased, the elongation at break increased and the impact toughness at normal and low temperature increased greatly When the elastomer content was controlled to be 20~25 phr, the comprehensive mechanical properties of PP/POE/CaCO 3 were eminent When the elastomer content was 30 phr, the three systems were pseudoplastic fluids and the non-Newtonian character(viscosity-shear sensitivity) of PP/POE/CaCO 3 was stronger than those of others
