摘　　要：目的调查我国妊娠滋养细胞疾病(gestational trophoblastic disease, GTD)的发生情况,为防治本病提供依据.方法联合我国浙江、江苏、福建、安徽、江西、山西和河南7省143所医院,对1991-2000年间GTD的发生情况进行调查.结果删除因填表有缺项的单位,实际统计了7省118所医院的资料,妊娠总数为3 674 654例, GTD为14 222例,占3.87‰.GTD中,葡萄胎9194例,占64.6%;侵蚀性葡萄胎3452例,占24.3%;绒毛膜癌1521例,占10.7%;胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤55例,占0.4%.葡萄胎中完全性葡萄胎7079例,占77.0%,部分性葡萄胎2115例,占23.0%.GTD发病年龄多在20～34岁,占85.5%. 结论本调查以医院为调查单位,葡萄胎的发生率较20世纪50年代有明显下降趋势.临床上需重视GTD的病理诊断,及完全性葡萄胎和部分性葡萄胎的诊断.ObjectiveTo survey incidence of gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) in China and to provide useful information for prevention and better treatment of the disease. MethodsThe survey was retrospectively carried out from 1991 to 2000 and included 143 hospitals in the following seven Chinese provinces: Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shanxi and Henan. ResultsExcluding incomplete data, data from 118 hospitals from seven provinces were finally analyzed. The total numbers of pregnancy and GTD were 3 674 654 and 14 222, respectively. The GTD cases occurred mainly among 20-34 year old women, which accounted for 85.5% of total GTD. The incidence of GTD was 3.87‰. There were 9 194 cases (64.6%) of hydatidiform, 3 452 cases(24.3%) of invasive mole, 1521 cases(10.7%) of choriocarcinoma, 55 cases(0.4%) of placenta-site trophoblastic tumor, respectively. ConclusionsThe results of this survey are reliable and representative due to large sampling and hospital-based data collection. The incidences of GTD decreased significantly compared with 1950s′. It is important to take pathological examination for GTD and to diagnose complate mole and partial mole correctly.
