摘　　要：中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所、中牧股份兰州生物药厂、金宇集团内蒙古生物药厂分别按 5 0 0ID50 、1 0 0 0ID50 、1 0 0 0ID50 攻毒剂量各进行 3批猪口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗 (Ⅰ )的PD50效检试验。试验结果表明 ,5 0 0ID50 攻毒剂量组有 2批疫苗达到了 3PD50 ,1 0 0 0ID50 攻毒剂量组有 1批疫苗达到了 3PD50 。The PD_(50)(50% protective dose) potency of per three batches foot and mouth disease(FMD) type O swine inactivated vaccines were detected on pigs respectively used 500 ID_(50),1 000 ID_(50) and 1 000 ID_(50) as the (challenge) viral dosage by three factories of Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute and Zhongmu Stock Lanzhou (Biological) Products Factory and Inner Mongolia Biological Products Factory,Group of Jinyu at the same time. The results showed that 2 batches of vaccines’ potency could get 3 PD_(50) per dose when used 500 ID_(50) as the challenge viral dosage, and only one batch of vaccine’s potency could get 3 PD_(50) per dose when used 1 000 ID_(50 )as the (challenge) viral dosage.
